Within 5 days of purchase date purchase please register your box here so that if anything happens to it you can have it repaired or replaced FREE OF CHARGE. Just fill out the fields on this page and enter your purchase date under the "Comments" portion . That way we have your information on file, should anything go wrong.

What's covered:

The UNIBODY structure is guaranteed against cracking or holes from regular use of unit. If you decide that you wish to change the paint color later, the shell is still covered under this warranted program because we guarantee the structural integrity of the Unibody design which should will remain unaltered by the change of paint color. Should your use of the unit under prescribed circumstances cause the shell to crack or blow out, then the unit will be repaired at no cost to you. We'll pay for the new or repaired unit to be shipped back to you.

What's not covered:

Stripped screw holes, faded paint, or holes caused by misuse (if something hits the unit with great force)or mishandling during delivery. These units are designed to take regular trauma but will not stand up to excessive force traumas. Fiberglass is very strong and would take great direct force to penetrate. The paint on these units is high grade Acrylic Enamel Automotive paint and needs the same care as your car's paint, so avoid hitting surface with blunt objects that may scratch or gouge the surface, as this warranty does not cover scratches in the finish. If item is damaged in shipping then a claim will be filled with the shipping company and arrangements will be made according to the shipping company's claim policy to have repairs made.
